Ocean Park didirikan pada bulan Desember 2006, dengan luas area 8 hektar. Ocean Park ini dibangun oleh Group Sinar Mas dan manajemennya oleh BSD CITY . Arena bermain air ini terbesar se Asia Tenggara dan telah diakui oleh Word Waterpark Asociation. Letaknya di kota Tangsel kira-kira 65 km dari Provinsi Banten.
